Nourishment

The start to the Fall semester has been a crazy one already and, as I gear up for another week, I'm trying to remember the importance of nourishing yourself (body, mind, and spirit) during busy seasons. That can look a million different ways, but here are some ways Mike and I have been nourishing ourselves lately.
